These terms govern use of the public SupplySlate website. Access to the SupplySlate network, API, or supplier integrations may be covered by separate commercial terms agreed with each participant.

Website information

Public website content is provided for general information. Protocol previews and representative commercial data are illustrative and are not live quotes, offers, inventory commitments, or purchasing advice.

Commercial transactions

Unless separate terms say otherwise, buyers purchase directly from suppliers. Suppliers remain responsible for their products, quotes, availability, fulfillment, warranties, returns, and legal compliance.

Acceptable use

You may not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, scrape it in a way that degrades the service, or misrepresent an affiliation with SupplySlate.
