These terms describe use of the public SupplySlate website and the operating boundaries of its agent-native supply network. API, MCP, buyer, supplier, operator, or commercial access may also require separate participant terms. If separate signed terms conflict with this page, the signed terms control for that relationship.

Website information

Public website content is provided for general information. Supplier-directory facts are sourced from supplier-owned public pages. A “verified public” profile means a claim was observed at its cited public source; it does not mean that the supplier joined, endorsed, or provided commercial data to SupplySlate.

Directory and sourcing information

Public category, brand, capability, and service claims may become outdated and should be checked at the cited source. Directory results are not quotes or recommendations. Price, stock, compatibility, lead time, warranty, and other commercial terms must be confirmed through a current supplier quote.

Participant access and RFQs

Buyer access and supplier authority may be reviewed before credentials are issued. Each organization is responsible for its users, agent instructions, credentials, submitted information, and required internal approvals. Matching a sourcing request to supplier candidates does not send an RFQ automatically. SupplySlate requires human approval of the supplier, recipient, message, and disclosed artifact scope before dispatch. Suppliers may clarify, quote, revise, or decline an approved RFQ.

Files, designs, and validation

You must have the right to submit and disclose each requirement, design, file, and BOM. Do not submit prohibited, unlawful, export-controlled, regulated, or safety-critical confidential material without an expressly approved workflow. Automated checks identify missing information, conflicts, and available compatibility evidence; they are not professional engineering certification, regulatory approval, or a guarantee that a design is safe or manufacturable.

Commercial transactions

Unless separate signed terms say otherwise, buyers purchase directly from suppliers or merchants. A SupplySlate purchase plan, approval, checkout link, invoice link, or merchant handoff is not itself an order or payment. Only merchant-confirmed state is represented as an order. SupplySlate does not receive payment credentials, hold buyer funds, or act as merchant of record. Suppliers and merchants remain responsible for their products, quotes, availability, taxes, fulfillment, warranties, returns, and legal compliance.

Acceptable use

You may not interfere with the service, bypass approval or access controls, probe another participant's data, use credentials outside their authorized organization, send unlawful or deceptive requests, scrape in a way that degrades the service, introduce malicious files, or misrepresent an affiliation with SupplySlate. SupplySlate may restrict access needed to protect participants or the network.
